Returns
The inventory is always changing, and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of many different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition as when you first received it. It should also remain in the original packaging.
